Gift voucher terms and conditions

In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the following gift voucher terms and conditions apply to Fedde & Kees B.V. Gift vouchers issued by (“Fedde&Kees”). By using a Fedde&Kees gift voucher, you accept the terms and conditions of this gift voucher and agree to abide by them.

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to all gift vouchers (both electronic and printed gift vouchers, hereinafter collectively referred to as: “Gift Voucher”) issued by Fedde&Kees and sold by Fedde&Kees.
  2. The Gift Voucher is issued in denominations of €25.00, €35.00 and €50.00
  3. Each gift voucher has a unique code. This may be a numeric code and/or a PIN code and/or a text code. Each gift voucher is issued only once. You must keep the gift voucher (including the code) safe. No reimbursement will be given in the event of theft (which also includes the use of the code by unauthorised third parties) or loss (which also includes the accidental deletion of emails). Only original gift vouchers and codes can be used and must be provided to Fedde&Kees upon request. Fedde&Kees reserves the right to accept a gift voucher only after receiving the original gift voucher (in the case of an electronic gift voucher: the email from Fedde&Kees with the relevant code). In case of improper use, payment in cash will still be required.
  4. To use a Gift Voucher, please place the products you have selected into your “shopping basket”. During the payment process, enter the exact Gift Voucher code and press “Apply”. The (remaining) value of the Gift Voucher will be deducted from the Subtotal. After you have filled in all your contact information, press “Proceed to shipping”. Choose your shipping method and press “Proceed to payment”.
  5. If the voucher value is equal to the total amount, it will state “Your order is paid for with your voucher”. Check the order and complete the purchase.
  6. If the total order amount is higher than the value of the gift voucher used, the difference must be paid for using one of the other payment methods: IDEAL, credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD), Bancontact or a discount code. If the value of the gift voucher is less than the subtotal amount, the remaining amount will be shown next to the total amount, which must be paid for in another way. Complete the order. Choose the payment method for the remaining amount and review your order. Complete the order and you will be redirected to the chosen shipping method.
  7. The nature, value, duration, expiry date and/or any other applicable specific terms of use can be found on the webpage where you can redeem the Gift Voucher. Every Gift Voucher is valid for a maximum of 1 year after purchase. The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed after its expiry date.
  8. The Gift Voucher issued by Fedde&Kees is exclusively redeemable for product purchases via feddekees.nl
  9. The gift voucher cannot be used for outstanding orders.
  10. The Gift Voucher or any remaining balance on it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. The remaining value of the Gift Voucher can be used for subsequent orders. This value is visible by going to the email in which your Fedde&Kees Gift Voucher is ready. Click on redeeming the Gift Voucher. Below the value of the Gift Voucher, you will find the remaining amount. The remaining value is non-transferable and can only be used from the same account as where the first use of the Gift Voucher took place, and within the validity period of the Gift Voucher.
  12. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the gift voucher itself. The gift voucher cannot be returned.
  13. In the event that Fedde&Kees proceeds with the refund of (part of) the invoice value based on Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal of the General Terms and Conditions, and if a Gift Voucher was used, or payment was made by means of iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card, refunds will, as far as possible, be made by increasing the Gift Voucher balance to the original balance. Should this not be sufficient, the remaining refund will be made by means of repayment in cash via iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card to the bank account number known to us. If only the Gift Voucher was used for payment, the refund will be made by increasing the Gift Voucher balance.
  14. It is not permitted to modify, falsify, undermine or otherwise affect the Gift Voucher or its operation (including hacking).
  15. Any (attempt at) fraud or other unauthorised action will be registered and will lead to the Gift Voucher being revoked.
  16. It is not permitted to use the Gift Voucher for commercial purposes or for any purposes other than those for which they were issued, in any way whatsoever.
  17. These gift voucher terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. We recommend that you consult the gift voucher terms and conditions each time before using the Gift Voucher. If you continue to use the Gift Voucher after the changes come into effect, you hereby accept the changed gift voucher terms and conditions.
  18. For each order, you can redeem an unlimited amount of Gift Vouchers or a combination of one discount code and an unlimited amount of Gift Vouchers.
  19. Fedde&Kees will process and handle all data and information upon purchase of the Gift Voucher in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on the Fedde&Kees website.
