Terms and Conditions Guarantee

Our guarantee is designed to let you honestly discover if it works for your child, without major risk.

This comes with a few clear agreements:

Good use & guidance

  • You are using the product as intended and following the instructions.

  • If you're unsure about using it, get in touch and be open to our tips and advice. 

  • If necessary, we may ask you to share photos so we can follow along. You are always welcome to send photos if you prefer, so we can follow along and ensure you use the products correctly from day one.

Returns policy

  • Returns are only possible within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products should grown to be returned.

  • Unwashed = €10 extra charge.

  • Wash according to instructions: 30°C, do not tumble dry, close Velcro.

  • If the product has not been used and is still new in its packaging, then our other general terms and conditions for returns. You will then receive the full purchase amount refunded.

Careful use

  • In case of improper or incorrect use, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Shipping costs

  • Return costs are at your own expense.

  • Register your return via our returns portal. Select reason for return: assurance.

After the trial period

  • After 14 days, the trial period ends and your purchase is final.

What happens after returning something?

Have you tried everything, but it doesn't work?

  • You will receive the purchase amount back minus €30 per product (€60 for the set).

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the amount to the account we have on file.

Sustainable & conscious 🌱

Returned products are given a second chance via our second-chance page and healthcare professionals such as hospitals, physiotherapists and sleep coaches. This way, we prevent waste and help other parents.
