Fedde&Kees Return Policy
Fedde&Kees endeavours to inform you as well as possible about the articles via the website. If an article is not what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns policy – unused products

You can only return items that were purchased in the Fedde&Kees webshop.
After your order has been delivered, you have 14 days from the date you request the return to send the items back. After this period, the purchase is final.
The article must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, otherwise a reduction in value will be charged. Please use a suitable shipping package for the return shipment.
The consumer bears the direct cost of the return. You can choose whether to send this via normal post or with track & trace.
Once Fedde&Kees has received your returned item, you will receive a confirmation by email.
When returning items (cancellation of the purchase of one or more items), the amount to be refunded (price of the paid product) will be transferred to you as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days. Fedde&Kees will refund the amount to the account used to pay for the order, or in the case of a purchase with a gift voucher, by increasing the gift voucher balance.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can cancel your order by registering a return in the returns portal. The link to the returns portal can be found in your tracking email or go directly to the returns portal.
Cooling-off period
When a parcel is received, the day of delivery itself counts as day 0 and the following day as day 1. For parcel shop deliveries, the day the parcel is collected counts as day 0 and the following day as day 1.
Return entire order
When you return the entire order (with or without reason), Fedde&Kees will refund the full purchase amount to the bank account number known to Fedde&Kees, or in the case of a purchase with a gift voucher, by increasing the gift voucher balance. The costs incurred for the return shipment are at your own expense.
Returning one product from a bundle
Would you like to return one of the products that are part of a purchased set or bundle? If so, the discount will be forfeited. You will be refunded the total price minus the cost of the product you are keeping.
Calculation example: Follow-up set = €123.50. You send the BUNDI sleeping bag back. You will be refunded the following amount: €123.50 – €65 (NUNKI Cradle costs) = €58.50.
Step-by-step returns guide
Step 1: Register your return via the returns portal. You will need your order number (#) and postcode for this.
Step 2: For each product, state the reason for your return.
Step 3: Continue via the ‘Upload Image’ button. Uploading an image is not mandatory. If you are unsure whether your return meets the conditions, it will help us to find a solution.
Step 4: Choose the refund method. It is not possible to exchange an item; if the return meets the conditions, you will receive your money back.
Step 5: Choose return method. There are currently 2 options: Drop-off point – No printer required and Drop-off point – Print label at home. The nearest drop-off point is shown, but you can change this yourself.
Step 6: Go to the overview and check your details. You will see the costs for returning the item here.
Step 7: Confirm and pay. You will be directed to a secure Mollie environment where you can complete the payment for the return label.
Fedde&Kees aims to process your return request within 2 working days. Once your request has been approved, you will be sent your return label by email and can drop the parcel off at your chosen staffed Service Point. You will then have 5-7 days to send the shipment back.

If a return does not meet
If the return shipment is not (sufficiently) franked, Fedde&Kees will unfortunately be forced to charge costs. This also applies to shipments that have been refused or not collected from the collection point. This includes administrative costs of €5 and the costs that the carrier charges us for delivering unfranked shipments (Shipments within the Netherlands from €11.00). This means that these costs will then be at least €16. Fedde&Kees will deduct these costs from the credit note for the items.
If a returned item shows signs of use and/or has been washed, meaning it can no longer be sold as new, a depreciation of €30 (per item) will be charged, or you will be offered the option to have the items sent back to you.
Fedde&Kees cannot accept returns outside the 14-day return period.
Fedde&Kees is not responsible for delays and lost shipments by DPD (or other carriers) in the event of a return. In this case, please contact your carrier.
Other questions
DPD QR Code Validity
After your return has been registered and approved, you will receive a return QR code from DPD via email.
Use this QR code within 5-7 days. After this period, DPD will no longer accept the code.
If the DPD point indicates that the QR code is „not recognised”, it usually means one of the following:
The return code has expired
The return shipment has been cancelled or never fully activated
– There is a local/temporary problem in the DPD shop system (this is less common)
Before we re-create the return, we ask you to try the following:
– Ensure you use the original email/QR code (not a screenshot or print screen).
– Try another DPD parcelshop with the same code if possible.
