View, modify or delete data

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for access, rectification, erasure, data portability of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@feddekees.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. Fedde&Kees would also like to point out that you have the option to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
