Tiefer Druck ist ein gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Druck, der tiefer geht als die oberfl\u00e4chlichen Hautschichten. Ein Reiz, der bis in die tiefere Hautschicht und sogar die Muskeln und Gelenke dringt, stimuliert die enterozeptiven und propriozeptiven Rezeptoren. Es stimuliert das parasympathische Nervensystem und versetzt deinen K\u00f6rper in einen Zustand des <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ruhe und verdauen<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Sie produzieren dann mehr Oxytocin, Endorphine, Dopamin und Serotonin (die Vorstufe des Schlafhormons Melatonin).
